Our aim is to satisfy customers. This
business objective will be achieved by offering products and services that meet or surpass
our customer's quality and reliability requirements. The customer's opinion of the quality
of our products and services is paramount to us. We shall also prove the total quality
assurance and the business behaviour of our company by : replying to enquiries, making
offers, delivering samples, making accurate deliveries, settling claims.
We shall meet the promised delivery dates. Nonconformities will be solved by identifying
and removing their causes. Our principle is to do it right first time.
We shall achive our aims by the creative collaboration of all of us: from the trainees to
the senior managers of the company. Therefore, it is our commitment and continuous task to
